At City Centre Chiropractic, we will assess your posture and the entire spine to determine the source of your problem. This is often separate from the area of complaint.

We use a four part approach

 Traditional Chiropractic manipulation
Including manipulation of the spine, joints and soft tissues.

 Core abdominal and back exercises
We have a very effective way to test your ability to contract your core muscles, often revealing a hidden fault.

 Myofascial release
Myofascial release is a specific muscle treatment using movement which is taught in great detail via post-graduate courses. It feels great, and is often described as a "good hurt".

 Preventative care
We recommend preventative adjustments to those patients who we feel would benefit. We also welcome patients who prefer to come more sporadically.
